DEFINITIONS:
- Weight: This is the weight of one square yard of fabric. For example; a 6 oz. t-shirt will be a little thicker and heavier than a 5 oz.
- Singles: The number of cotton threads within a square inch of fabric. Similar to thread counts in sheets, the higher the number, the softer the shirt. Because the threads are thinner the shirt fabric is thinner and lighter weight.
- Ringspun: A process where cotton threads are twisted and thinned while being made. This results in a finer and softer fabric when it is woven together.
